Brief
To take control of an aging inherited signage estate throughout London and transform it into a valuable asset.
Solution
We work with CCGB to develop and manage a structured programme that is turning Coca-Cola’s tired signage estate of circa 430 outlets into something to be proud of. Project managing the entire programme, we’ve put new methods into place to classify outlets for strategic improvement across the estate, maximising the budget ensure general maintenance needs are met whilst focusing on upgrading prime sites with modern signage.
